Anxiety attacks are the worst because sometimes you have no idea why you’re crying or angry and you just think of everything wrong in your life and you can’t control it all you can do is breath in and out and cry it out

I feel bad transferring because I’m leaving a lot of great people behind but it’s the best for me. Also feel annoying telling people because I feel like they won’t care and I probably look like an attention seeker so that’s cool. I told my close friends at school and they hate me more now so that’s cool. Okay sorry for looking like an attention seeker. Just needed to vent so dueces
